Department: Marketing Reports to: Sr. Manager, Production Media Summary FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW OF POSITION The Producer/Editor will have a proven track record of creating stories through videography, lighting, sound, and editing those stories for usage in all media outlets. The scope of projects pertains to the Production Media Department, but skills may be utilized by other departments as needs arise. This role will support the Senior Media Producer in multiple initiatives within the marketing/production departments branding protocols both in video and photo production skills as well as assisting in content creation, aiding in video shoots within CCC brand agenda, and editing those projects. The Producer/Editor will collaborate heavily with Senior Production leadership to develop innovative branded marketing programs for social, web, and TV Media. Duties and Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ONLY
Serves to aid department in all shooting, lighting, and sound production for projects designated by CCC
Develops and delivers custom content across the full spectrum of media outlets
Collaborate and assist in all phases of creative production
Pitch promotional campaign ideas and develop creative writing skills for promotions
• Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities Qualifications Description Education and Experience
High School Graduate with some college education preferred
Knowledge of product lighting
Minimum 5 years of story editing, writing, lighting, and audio production; basic knowledge of professional photo DSLR cameras preferred
Minimum 5 years videography experience in social media, television, or documentary work
Strong creative eye in portrait, product, basic lighting, food photography, and event photography; Event Photography example: Company events such as Christmas parties, Road Shows, Retirement events
Experience in Photoshop, Light-room, and Mac Computer software preferred
Experience in coordinating production needs both in and out of the country
Ability to think out of the box and deliver results in collaboration with Production/Marketing
Assist Senior Production Manager in daily office duties, record keeping, and tracking production schedules
10 years working with video or cinematic cameras, set design, video blogging, and general training video scenario
3 years Directing video or commercial production preferred
Able to interview subjects comfortably
Familiar with Final Cut X or Adobe Premier Edit software
