The Role: We are looking for a Ticketing Coordinator to support all activities within the U.S. Concerts division’s Ticketing department. This role will handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects for the leadership team. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Ticketing leadership team including: Manage internal documentation using internal systems and calendars Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences and appointments Handle incoming calls and direct call traffic as appropriate Coordinate logistics for travel, meals, company meetings, and conference calls Manage all incoming invoices and personal expense reports Prepare high-quality presentation materials Assist with the planning and execution of key departmental initiatives Interact with people at all levels of the organization, including senior management, business partners, and vendors Support the team by managing and executing ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree preferred Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented and strong organization skills a must Quick familiarization with all primary business contacts (both internal and external) Strong ability to manage many projects simultaneously Flexible and reliable team player both within the department and within the organization as a whole If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at www.livenation.com/careers to join the Live Nation Entertainment team today!
