We are searching for a Video & Photography Specialist to be part of our marketing team in our Brooklyn Center location. You will create and produce content for marketing use using both video and photography. This role is responsible for creating, editing and file management of all created content. A strong attention to detail as well as creative design are needed in this role. If you have a strong video and photography background, we want to hear from you. What you will be responsible for: Concept, coordinate, produce, edit and publish product-specific videos and webinars. Concept, coordinate, produce, edit and publish educational video and photography for websites, social media and video platforms. Concept, coordinate, photograph and edit imagery of products for print and digital. Effectively collaborate with Marketing Creative, Web Content, Social Media Teams, IT team members and various additional departments within the company on video, presentation and photography collateral deliverables. Manage multiple deadline-intensive projects from beginning to end requiring top-notch organizational skills Maintain project organization and uphold deadlines Work with sales department to ensure sales presentation video, photography and webinar needs are met. Create shoot schedule and manage shot list on the date of the shoot, continuously balancing the needs of the marketing group as well. Capture company events through the use of video & photography. Return props and products when photo shoots are over to their proper place or dept. Maintain photography/video equipment making recommendations for upgrades and replacements. Graphic design and layout tasks as required. Provides customer service to internal and external customers. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required): Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Videography, Photography or Marketing or equivalent experience. 2 years of professional, customer-facing Audio/ Video production highly preferred. Comprehensive understanding of photography including file formats and terminology. Experience in business focused, product specific video production preferred. Storyboard, script writing and project management skills required. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 5.0 or above required. Organization and sharp attention to detail. Creative problem solver with strong time management skills. Must be able to take direction, work well as part of a team and independently.
