Responsibilities Under the direction of the Production Manager this team member’s duties include, but not limited to maintaining and operating all Live & Portable Audio/Video equipment on the property. They must also possess good communication skills to effectively work with fellow co-workers, outside vendors and local entertainers, as well as guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain the Live Sound Venues for the property and troubleshoot malfunctions and/or audio & video shorts when necessary Stage Management and Production for the Live Entertainment throughout the property. Produce and schedule all live entertainment in a timely manner throughout casino for marketing promotions and special events. Ability to assist local entertainers with sound before and after their scheduled performance time as needed. Must possess good communication skills to effectively work with fellow co-workers, outside vendors and local entertainers, as well as guests. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Must be able to function in non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercise. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to conduct effective internet research. The ability to understand and read basic CADD drawings is recommended but not required. Must apply for, obtain and remain eligible for the appropriate Seminole Tribal Gaming License. High School Diploma, GED or trade school certificate required, and 1 – 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
