We are looking for a Game Entertainment Production Coordinator with a strong work ethic, at least 1-2 years of sports production experience and a willingness to learn. The job is with the Frisco RoughRiders Baseball Team. Located in a northern suburb of Dallas, we’re the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. The RoughRiders broke Double-A attendance records and revenue records for all of Minor League Baseball in their first season, 2003, and have since led Double-A and the Texas League in attendance every season. You’ll be working in the Entertainment Department of the Frisco RoughRiders. The Game Entertainment Production Coordinator's primary responsibility is work with the Game Entertainment Manager, to implement all game day scheduled and nonscheduled activities for all home games. He\she will have responsibilities including but not limited to the execution of game day schedules, special events, on-field contests, entertainment attractions, music, and video. The game day activities and promotions are created to enhance the fan experience, to increase attendance (single game, season and group sales), increase corporate sponsorship sales and to develop and maintain the teams’ positive community reputation as family entertainment Dr Pepper Ballpark. Maintain Control Room: Equipment, LED Boards, DAK equipment, Audio equipment and feeds, microphones, radios and headsets. Prep Control Room for game day and day at the park events. Turn on and test equipment, load graphics, music, natural fill content, etc. Execute pre-game ceremonies as well as in-game features Create & Load / Load graphics (both still and animated) for on-field in game presentations and other advertisements to be shown during in house shows and broadcast for video boards/LED’s Create and load in game updates for player stats, fun facts and headshots Responsible for archiving past and present game and entertainment footage. Highlight packages - Gather game day highlights and create package for posting to Website, MiLB, social media, YouTube channel Responsible for reports for Sponsors. Prepare group welcome, birthday messages and other special request in game Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Entertainment department on ideas, content, themes, graphics, events etc. Event support – Movie nights, corporate event Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sports production environment required Must have a Strong baseball knowledge Strong technical abilities General computer skills and knowledge Video Production and content creation skills Excellent communications skills; verbal and written. Ability to organize prioritize and multitask Utilize computer based scheduling materials effectively Ability to work independently, and also as part of a cooperative team Adobe After Effects, Premiere & Photoshop proficiency required Basic Knowledge/Familiarity with the following preferred: Ross Carbonite Ross Xpression Crossfire Click Effects NewTek 3Play Daktronics Show Control/V8000/V7000/DakStats In order to be considered, candidate must include link to portfolio and or reel.
