The Role: Live Nation is looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our growing Talent Development team. We are looking for someone who has an authentic passion for developing people, is energized by delivering training that utilizes multiple delivery methods, and possesses innovative approaches to creating courses that empower our people to push their limits and excel in their career. This role will require you to coordinate logistics for our existing training offerings while also supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of new content and programs. Responsibilities: Learning & Development: Develop innovative educational eLearning and virtual content to get more offerings to our employees via our Learning Management System Apply adult learning theories to continually revise training decks and materials with appropriate learning content Conduct formal and informal needs assessments to inform program design Prepare workshop materials, such as workbooks, agendas, name tags, table tents, etc. Facilitate various in-person and virtual training workshops for employees and leaders across multiple businesses Bring new ideas to how we build and deliver both hard and soft-skills courses to our employees in each division Administrative: Coordinate all elements and communication for training and employee development programs including scheduling, managing attendance, logistics planning and setup, materials creation, expense reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues Create relevant surveys and analyze data to track, maintain, and report on key training statistics in order to drive continual improvement of our existing development programs Administer Harassment & Compliance Training programs and act as the primary point of contact for end users Serve as primary point of contact for vendor relationships & maintain contractual agreements Research best practices of Fortune 500 companies for training, development and onboarding Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred in psychology, organizational development, or related field 2 years experience in instructional design/training experience Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience in instructional design and building effective training decks A desire to roll up your sleeves and dig into something new and different everyday – adaptability is key!
