MetroMinn LLC is seeking motivated, music-gear enthusiasts to join our growing Customer Service team in Eden Prairie, MN, supporting customers of American Musical Supply. We’re looking for candidates who authentically enjoy talking about musical instruments and take pride in assisting and engaging customers. Our new, state-of-the-art contact center is conveniently located just outside of Minneapolis. We want to fill it with the best and brightest to take our Customer Service to the next level. - Experience in retail/online customer service via phone, email, and/or on-site chat
- Knowledge of current Musical Instrument, Pro Audio, DJ and Accessory products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn new programs and systems / multitasking on a computer
- Available to work nights and weekends as necessary
- Communicate and assist with customers via phone, email and chat
- Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve product returns, customer shipping inquiries and order status questions
- Work with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
