Summary: Candidate must understand how comprehensive sound, lighting and video solutions can be applied to support client objectives and comfortable engaging across diverse industry sectors. The candidate will be responsible for establishing technical and equipment requirements to service events at all four of our venues. We host a variety of events including but not limited to full bands and corporate events. Job Description
 Identify and manage all AV needs, suggest thoughtful event enhancements
 Manage production for a wide variety of clients and events
 Work within assigned venue budgets
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Think strategically about client goals, event formats and program structures
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS  Communication Proficiency  Customer Service Skills  Organizational Skills  Multitask Oriented  Problem-solving Skills  Professionalism  Knowledge of Equipment Upkeep and Repair  Lighting experience preferred  M32 Experience  Martin MPC
REQUIRED ABILITIES  Ability to communicate and work well with fellow staff
 Ability to maintain a positive energy level throughout the entire shift
 Ability to be on foot for long periods of time and/or quickly move up and down stairs
